Richard Todd

Richard Todd joined the Section 21 Committee in 2001 as the ACTRA representative. Richard has been on ACTRA Toronto staff as a Steward since 1989. Prior to that, he had a career in Radio, Television and Film. He is a graduate from Ryerson's Radio and Television Arts program, 1971.
