Bob Hall has been a member of I.A.T.S.E. Local 873 since 1986 and a founding member of Local 873's Special Effects Department. Bob has an extensive background in motion picture special effects production and has served the last 6 years as the President of I.A.T.S.E. Local 873 , which represents motion picture technicians in the City of Toronto.
